5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when booking a session or engaging in any transactions.
Clients must abide by the agreed terms for photography sessions, including but not limited to, location, time, and any special requests.
Failure to comply with the terms may result in cancellation or additional fees.

6. Payment and Fees
6.1 Booking Fees
A non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve a photography session. This fee will be applied to the total cost of the service.

6.2 Payments
All fees must be paid in full before the release of any photographs or services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6.3 Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in cases where services cannot be rendered due to our inability to perform, excluding circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather conditions, client cancellations).

7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must provide at least 5 days’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the loss of the booking fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions due to weather conditions, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy Policy

9. Governing Law
